Canceling your order
As all pieces are made to order, once an order has been placed there will be a 24hr period in which it can be canceled free of charge.
After 24hrs the transaction will proceed and the making of your order will commence.
Returns and refunds
As all my pieces are custom orders items cannot be returned
If an item is faulty Daniel Serra (DS) will meet the legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
Any return must be authorised by DS via email.
Return requests must be made within seven days from receipt of delivery.
Returns must be received within seven days of email issued return authorization.
DS has the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet return policy requirements.
How do I return an item
Before posting back, please email DS with photos of the faulty item/area along with a brief explanation. I will ascertain if it qualifies for a refund or replacement, Upon review, I will reply with a confirmation email outlining further direction.
The returned item/s must be unworn, in original condition in the original packaging.
We recommend that all return packages be shipped via an insured parcel post. please consider purchasing insurance for the return package as DS does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
I recommend that you pack the item so that it is adequately protected whilst in transit and that it is sent registered and insured mail (for the full amount).
